You can return all items without giving reasons within 14 days. Returns within Germany and Austria are free.
We provide customers from Austria with a DHL link for a free return. This will be sent in the form of a separate e-mail. The shipping costs of €5.95 already invoiced at the time of ordering cover the outward shipping and must be borne in full by the customer.
When making returns from any other country, you are responsible for the return postage.
