What size maternity wear do I need?

Our Mamarella collection is developed with special cuts and elastic materials so that it offers your baby bump in all weeks of pregnancy, enough space to grow. Simply base your sizing on the normal size you wore before pregnancy. All our size charts for you and your baby can be found in our size advisor


What do I need to consider when buying a maternity wedding dress?

  1. When do I order my maternity wedding dress?

    You certainly can't wait to buy your maternity wedding dress, but wait until about four to six weeks before the wedding to try it on. Because then you can get a good impression of how the dress will look on you on your big day and you can better decide on one of the many cuts

  2. In which size do I order my maternity wedding dress?

    As with our maternity fashion, you should base your maternity wedding dresses on your normal clothing size that you wore before pregnancy. Our beautiful Mamarella wedding dresses do not hide your baby bump, but accentuate it beautifully thanks to elastic and flowing materials. What do I need to consider when buying a nursing bra?

  1. Why do I need a nursing bra?

    "Relaxed mom = relaxed baby". Our nursing bras promise, above all, maximum support, a comfortable feel and easy handling. So you can enjoy the special moments of nursing in peace with your baby

  2. How do I determine my size for a nursing bra?

    To determine what size your nursing bra should be, you need two values: the underbust size and the chest circumference. You can easily measure both yourself with a tape measure. Based on the measured values you can read in our tables which nursing bra size you need. You can find the size chart in our size advisor

  3. Which nursing bra is the best for me?

    Whether you choose a nursing bra with or without underwires, with or without a clasp, plain & comfortable or with sexy lace, it all depends on your chest and your needs. All information about fit, size and different models, you will find in our guide nursing bras


Are all Mamarella models pregnant?

In our photo shoots we often work with pregnant models and models wearing a baby bump dummy. This is because the styles are often still photographed without a baby bump, because you can wear our styles even post partum

Was my order placed successfully?

After your order you will receive a confirmation with a summary of your order by email. You can also view the status of your order and all previous orders in our store at My Account -> Orders


Can items still be added to an order later?

Due to the fast processing time of our warehouse, you cannot add more items to an existing order. Please create a new order for this


How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by phone. Please understand that a cancellation of your order is only possible if our warehouse has not yet processed it. You can always find the phone number to reach our customer service at the bottom left of our homepage or send us an email directly


Where can I find the processing status of my order?

You can view the status of your current order and all previous orders in our shop at My Account -> Orders


How do I know if my desired item is available again?

To be informed as soon as your desired item is available again, go to the item and click on the email icon below your matching size. Then enter your email address and confirm the following email with a click


Can I have my order gift wrapped?

To gift wrap your order, simply check the "Gift wrap shopping cart" box. Additionally, you have the option to add a free card with a personal greeting. To do this, enter your personal greeting in the text field provided


Payment


What are the payment options?

For orders in the Mamarella online store we offer the following payment options:

  1. payment by PayPal Classic Pay securely with buyer protection at PayPal. Your payment details are only stored at PayPal and you can pay for every order quickly, securely and directly without having to re-enter your data.

  2. payment by PayPal Plus Purchase on account, direct debit, installment purchase or credit card via PayPal Plus In cooperation with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, we offer the following payment options. In each case, payment is made to PayPal:

  • PayPal Plus Invoice: Up to an order value of EUR 1,500, positive credit check as well as identity check provided. The payment period is automatic, maximum 30 days from shipment of the goods. Further orders by invoice placed in your name and not yet completed will result in a negative credit check and thus in the rejection of further orders by invoice. You can find the other invoice conditions here

  • PayPal Plus Direct Debit: The debit takes place after successful completion of the order.

-PayPal Plus Installment Purchase: Up to an order value in the amount of 1,000€ possible. A German PayPal account and a German bank account are required to generate an installment purchase via PayPal. The monthly rate is determined before the purchase is completed, depending on the order value.

  • PayPal Plus Credit Card: The charge of the credit card varies depending on the credit card company, but usually at the beginning of the next month. The payment is made to PayPal. The use of the payment methods invoice, direct debit and credit card requires a positive credit check. More information and PayPal's terms of use can be found here. Your personal data will be handled by PayPal in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and as specified in PayPal's privacy policy.
  1. payment by credit card: We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

  1. payment in the showroom: When purchasing on site at the Mamarella showroom, only cashless payments can be made. We accept EC and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) as well as payments via PayPal.

How exactly does the Paypal Plus purchase on account work?

With PayPal Plus Invoice you don't need a PayPal account and of course you don't have to pay in advance. When you complete your order, the system of your chosen payment partner (PayPal Plus Invoice) performs an identity and credit check to authorize your order. Therefore, always make sure that the information you provide is correct. After the identity and credit check is positive, you will be informed about your order with an order confirmation by mail. In the next step, your order will be sent to your home. If any items of your order do not fit or please you, you simply send them back to us. After receiving and crediting your return, your invoice will be adjusted at PayPal and you will receive it by mail with the invoice amount to be paid by you. From the date of order PayPal grants you a 30-day payment period and confirms the completion of the process after payment


Paypal Plus invoice purchase not possible, why?

Requirements to be able to carry out a purchase on account:

  • The maximum limit of 1.500€ set by PayPal must not be exceeded.
  • The delivery address and billing address must be the same
  • There must not be any other open or unpaid orders in your name.
  • A positive Schufa

Gift vouchers


How do I purchase a Mamarella gift voucher?

You can find the Mamarella gift vouchers in our store under Baby -> Gifts -> gift vouchers. You can also simply enter gift voucher in the search bar in the store. You can choose in different price ranges between online gift vouchers and gift vouchers in gift card. Add your gift voucher to the shopping cart and complete the purchase as normal


How long can I use my Mamarella gift voucher?

Your Mamarella Gift Voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. For more information read the Terms and Conditions for the redemption of Mamarella Gift Vouchers in our terms and conditions


How many Mamarella gift vouchers can I use per order?

You can use 1 Mamarella voucher per order in our shop. You can use the voucher by entering the code in the appropriate field at checkout. For more information read the terms of use for the redemption of Mamarella gift vouchers in our terms and conditions


Can I use the Mamarella gift voucher at a later date?

You can only use the gift voucher at the end of your order and cannot add it later to an already completed order


Shipping & delivery


Where is my order? Where can I find my shipment number?

For packages that have not yet been shipped: Your package has not been shipped yet? No problem! To track the current processing status of your package, log in to our store with your customer account: My account -> orders

For packages that have already been shipped: To check the current status of your order, please click on the shipment link, which you will find in your shipping confirmation, which you have received by mail from us


How much are the shipping costs?

With our standard shipping by DHL we charge a flat shipping fee of:

  • Germany EUR 1,95
  • Austria EUR 5,95
  • EU countries EUR 9,95
  • Switzerland EUR 9,95
  • All countries outside the EU: EUR 25,00

What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times We usually ship orders received on weekdays before 1pm on the same day if you pay by credit card, Klarna or Paypal. If you pay in advance, your order will be shipped on the day we receive the money.

The delivery will be made by DHL to the delivery address you specified. DHL usually needs only 1-2 business days for delivery within Germany. Shipping to Austria takes about 3-4 business days, to Switzerland 4-5 business days and to Russia usually 12-18 business days.

Personalized items and larger furniture have a longer delivery time. You can find more details in the item descriptions.

UPS Express shipping is available on business days for orders placed before 1pm on the same day. The delivery takes place 1 working day after dispatch. This service is only available for orders from Germany


What shipping options do I have?

You can choose between standard shipping by DHL and shipping by UPS Express. With express shipping, delivery takes place 1 business day after shipment. This service costs 15 euros per order and is only available for orders from Germany. For orders outside of Germany the standard shipping by DHL applies. All detailed information about shipping options and costs for all countries can also be found in our AGB


Reclamation


My package was delivered damaged, how do I proceed?

Damaged packages may generally not be accepted by the customer, since in the event of a defect or loss of an item, DHL cannot be held liable. If the customer nevertheless accepts the package defective and something is missing / there is a defect, the customer himself must initiate a damage report at a local postal station

If a damaged package has simply been left, the customer must contact our customer service within 5 working days, otherwise we are no longer entitled to initiate a claim with DHL


A delivered item is damaged, what to do?

If your goods are unfortunately damaged for unexplained reasons, please document this with photos and send them to our customer service within 14 days. Please do not forget to include your order number in the email. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible


The wrong item was delivered, what now?

If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service within 14 days. Please do not forget to include your order number and the item numbers that have been mixed up in the email. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible


Return & refund


Until when can I return the order?

You have 14 days to return your order. This is valid from the day you received your order. More detailed information can be found in our terms and conditions under cancellation policy


Has my return arrived yet?

Our warehouse will process your return as soon as possible. Depending on the volume of returns, you can receive confirmation of your return the same day it arrives or 1-2 days later


When will I receive my refund?

If you have already paid for your order before delivery, you will receive an automatic refund one business day after the return has been posted back. This takes place in the payment method you have previously selected. With the payment method purchase on account, the credit is automatically transferred to your customer account with our purchase on account partners. This process can take a few days until it is fully processed, so we ask for a little patience


Where do I find the return link for Austria?

The online link for returns from Austria is automatically included in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation email. Please note, this link will only appear if you specify a delivery address to Austria in your order. If you do not find the return link in your order or shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service by phone or email


How does a return from Switzerland work?

For returns from Switzerland, we ask you to read the pink note that is enclosed in the package of your order. On it you will find step by step instructions for the return from Switzerland. If you do not find the pink note in your package, please contact our customer service by phone or email


Where can I find the return address for orders outside Germany?

Our return address for all orders within and outside Germany is: Mamarella GmbH, c/o Versandmanufaktur, Wideystr. 58, 58452 Witten Germany. You can find this and all exact information also in our terms and conditions under cancellation policy -> consequences of cancellation


Where can I find the cancellation form?

You can find the link to our cancellation form in our AGB under cancellation policy -> right of withdrawal -> pink link cancellation form or also here here


How do I exchange an item?

If you want to exchange an item in a different size or color, please place a new order and return the non-matching item as described above. We will process and refund your return regardless of the new order, a settlement is unfortunately not possible. You can find all the detailed information in our terms and conditions under cancellation policy -> exchange


How do I get a new return label?

You will find the return label for the return in Germany in your package between the return slip and the tissue paper. Should you still not find a return label in your package, please contact our customer service by phone or e-mail. Please understand that only a return within Germany is free of charge and you have to pay the costs in case of a subsequent return

How can I contact customer service?

Our personal customer service is available for you Monday through Friday from 08:00-18:00 at telephone number 089-147 27 690, except on public and regional holidays (Bavaria). Outside business hours, you are of course also welcome to send an e-mail to service@mamarella.com . Our customer service will process all your requests as soon as possible. How do I change my address in the customer account?

You can manage all your personal data in our store under my account. There you can also enter a different billing or shipping address. You can also enter a different shipping address at the checkout. You can find your customer account here


I forgot my password, what can I do?

You have forgotten your password? No need to panic! Just click on the link "forgot password" below when you log in to the store. This way you can easily reset your password and set a new one


How can I delete my user account?

If you wish to delete your user account, please contact us in writing by email at service@mamarella.com. Our customer service will then immediately delete your personal data. Please note that we have to keep all invoices of the account for 10 years according to the legal preservation period


How will my data be protected?

Where is the showroom?

Our beautiful showroom is located in the south of Munich, right next to our Head Office. The address for our showroom is: Geisenhausenerstraße 17, 81379 Munich


What are the opening hours for the showroom?

The opening hours for our showroom are as follows: Monday through Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Personal Shopping by prior appointment.

Fridays: 3pm - 6pm open house, shopping for all without appointment. Since our showroom is connected to our Head Office, we are not open on Saturday. We are working on setting this up for you as soon as possible


What's in the showroom?

You can experience and buy your perfect maternity wedding dress, our maternity fashion bestsellers and cute baby clothes as well as diaper bags and accessories live in our showroom. We also offer you special advice on nursing bras for pregnancy and nursing. Since we have specialized in maternity and nursing fashion since 2004, you can benefit from our experience and expertise in all areas


Why do I need an appointment for the showroom?

If you want to visit us Monday to Friday at noon, we ask you to book an appointment in advance using our contact form. This way we can concentrate on you and your wishes during your wedding dress fitting with baby bump. So that you can find your perfect maternity wedding dress for the wedding of three with our many years of expertise in maternity fashion! If you want to come by spontaneously to browse through our assortment, then come by spontaneously on Friday 3 - 6 pm
